Pero hace poco se sumó el Sandero RS. Una versión rabiosa del sosegado hatchback citadino de la marca del rombo que difiere no solo de estética, sino de comportamiento. Estética de Sandero
El Sandero se renovó en mayo del año pasado conjuntamente con su variante Stepway. En ruta, su comportamiento es correcto pero no deslumbra. Primero por la reacción modesta de su motor, sin olvidarnos de su mullido constante cuando se viaja a 120 km/h. Su caja de 5 marchas, es su gran limitante en este escenario, sumado a lo corta que resulta su quinta marcha. El otro punto en contra es su que es propenso a inclinarse en curvas cerradas a causa de sus sistema de suspensión blando, lo cual se agrava por la ausencia del control de estabilidad.
RS: ¿Cómo va?
Sorprendidos nos bajamos de esta variante deportiva. Se trata de una versión que se tomó en serio esto de ser deportivo con solo lo estético. Más allá del comportamiento de su motor, nos encantó su suspensión más rígida, algo necesario cuando uno viaja a velocidad y fundamental para que uno se sienta siempre seguro. Esta versión dispone de control de tracción y de estabilidad, pero ambos se pueden desactivar mediante el modo de manejo Sport al dejar presionado el botón de R.S. En ciudad, sus neumáticos de perfil bajo y su menor despeje del suelo, pasan factura y el confort de marcha se ve muchas veces comprometido.
