Patentamientos: cayeron 6,3% en 2015

Finalmente, ¿Cuántos autos se vendieron en 2015?. Era una de las preguntas más difíciles de responder apenas arrancó el año pasado. Mucha incertidumbre, un cambio constante de las reglas de juego, cepo al dólar y trabas a las importaciones fueron algunos de los obstáculos que enfrentó el sector, los cuales ponían en dudas cualquier tipo de pronóstico.
Al cabo de los 12 meses los datos no fueron tan desalentadores y según la Asociación de Concesionarios de Automotores de la República Argentina (ACARA), se patentaron en todo el año un total de 643.672 unidades, un descenso del 6,3% en la comparación contra el total del año 2014, en el que se habían patentado 687.164 vehículos.
Si bien hubo una baja, muchos referentes del sector aseguraban que con suerte se alcanzarían las 600.000 unidades, con lo cual se ha superado el piso y no se ha perforado ese número, lo cual podría haber sido mucho más duro para lograr la recuperación (otros tantos aseguraban que apenas llegaría las 550.000 unidades).
En cuanto a los resultados de diciembre, los patentamientos también fueron superiores al mismo mes del año anterior, al cerrar con 31.378 vehículos frente a los 30.490 vehículos de diciembre de 2014, es decir, un crecimiento de 2.9%. Si la comparación es contra el pasado mes de noviembre, se observa una baja del 38 % ya que en noviembre, que fue el mes de mayor crecimiento del 2015, se habían patentado 50.940 vehículos.
