A pesar de los resultados, en el sector conservan el optimismo para el último trimestre del año porque los precios se están acomodando a la realidad del mercado
Las transferencias de autos usados tuvieron el último mes una caída de 18,76% comparado un igual mes del año 2015, cuando se comercializaron 167.542 vehículos. La baja llega después de dos meses positivos, en los que cambió el ánimo del sector.
De acuerdo a datos de la Cámara del Comercio Automotor, en los primeros 9 meses del año se comercializaron 1.117.119 vehículos usados. Comparado con igual período de 2015 (1.318.375 unidades), la baja llega al 15,27%. Si el comparativo se hace con agosto de 2016 (139.631 unidades), la baja llega al 2,52 por ciento.
Según Alberto Príncipe, presidente de la CCA, “pese a que en septiembre continúo la caída en el mercado de autos usados, somos optimistas para el último trimestre del año. Nos basamos en que los precios se están acomodando a la realidad del mercado y que ha crecido de forma considerable la afluencia de público a los salones de ventas de nuestras empresas”.
Por otro lado, desde el sector siguen reclamando por financiación para los usados. “No podemos trabajar con las tasas que se ofrecen, son prohibitivas. Si esto se llegara a dar, podríamos pensar en un cambio de tendencia definitivo”, agregó el directivo.
En cuanto a las proyecciones para el año próximo, se espera un 2017 con volúmenes más estables que permitan transitar un contexto de recuperación.
