La suspensión trasera es basculante con doble amortiguador hidráulico. Además, su tanque de nafta tiene una capacidad de 8 litros.
Una de las características del modelo es que cuenta con la función Smart Key, un sistema que mejora la seguridad y a la vez centraliza todos los bloqueos del vehículo, como por ejemplo la dirección y traba del asiento, el encendido y tanque de combustible, a través de un sistema inalámbrico. Además, esta llave inteligente cuenta con la función de Anti-Theft (anti-robo) para accionar su alarma.
La nueva PCX150 también tiene el sistema Start&Stop (Idling Stop), el cual apaga su motor cuando la moto se frena por completo y, al acelerar, vuelve a encenderse automáticamente, lo que hace más eficiente el consumo de combustible. Tiene un tomacorriente de 12 voltios para la carga de dispositivos electrónicos y luces LED.
