Nuevo equipamiento para el Toyota Corolla
La japonesa sumó más tecnología al sedán mediano, convirtiéndose en el único auto con televisión digital. El mismo sistema ya está disponible en la pick up Hilux.
Renovación. La automotriz japonesa anunció que el sedán del segmento C, uno de los más vendidos del mercado, incorpora nuevo equipamiento tecnológico. Se trata de la televisión digital, un sistema que hasta el momento solamente equipa a la pick up Hilux. Así, a un año de la llegada de la 11 generación del Corolla, se produce el primer cambio para este modelo.
Las novedades se podrán ver en todas las versiones. En el caso de la entrada de gama, la XLI, tiene que ver especialmente con el sistema de audio, el cual cuenta desde ahora con bluetooth para conectar teléfonos celulares. A su vez, el conductor podrá operar remotamente desde el volante su celular, sin necesidad de interrumpir la concentración en el manejo. Además, se adicionan dos nuevos tweeters a los cuatro parlantes ya ofrecidos.
En el caso de la televisión digital, estará disponible en las versiones XEI y XEI Pack y SEG. Para que sea viable en las dos primeras, la marca tuvo que agregar el sistema de audio con navegador (GPS) y pantalla táctil LCD de 6,1”. Esta pantalla muestra, entre otros indicadores, la información del destino seleccionado y calcula distancias y tiempo estimado de viaje. Así, las versiones suman además TV Digital y reproductor de DVD.
Adicionalmente, la pantalla táctil LCD de 6.1” incorpora monitor de cámara de estacionamiento, el cual permite asistir al conductor en maniobras de retroceso con espacio reducido. Otros cambios son la incorporación de los espejo y luz de cortesía para los parasoles del conductor y acompañante, y una consola central portaanteojos en el techo.
En la versión XEI Pack, ahora los espejos exteriores son retráctiles electrónicamente, y la versión XEI agrega espejo retrovisor interno antiencandilamiento.
Por último, la versión SEG incorpora la función de TV digital en la pantalla táctil LCD de 6.1” que ya tenía disponible.
